Well what can I say! Firstly the best Christmas decor I have ever witnessed in a shop! Then I was greeted by Chloe who gave me an amazing experience in store. She was super knowledgeable of stock and one of the most helpful sales assistants I’ve ever come across, she clearly has a passion for her job and knew the stock! Left me happy and will be back again for more crimbo gifts✨

Superb customer service as always. Ordered on line, but got a call to say the item was delayed. Delivered a couple of weeks later, exactly as expected. Would highly recommend.

I bought a clock a few months ago and the cogs stopped working. David had no hesitation in saying return the clock and we will replace it. He was absolutely brilliant with his customer service. Will I ever stop spending money in this shop? All staff are friendly and very helpful. Ps David the cogs are still turning :)
